All 20 teams are in action on the final day of the 2023-24 Premier League season, with the title winners, European spots and one relegation place still to be confirmed.

If Manchester City want to lift the Premier League trophy, they will have to do it without their injured number one goalkeeper Ederson.

Instead, club number two Stefan Ortega will be between the sticks against West Ham at Etihad Stadium.

But unlike most clubs who lose their first-choice keeper, many fans will not find this in any way alarming because of the abilities that the German possesses.

This season alone he has made eight Premier League appearances, as well as numerous cup outings.

"He has managed to develop this season and get more games that are not just in cup competitions," said former City midfielder Michael Brown on BBC Radio 5 Live's Football Daily podcast.

"His shot-stopping in training is sensational and he is getting more confident. He wants more opportunities and he is pushing Ederson all the way."

Ex-Premier League striker Clinton Morrison added: "He is an outstanding goalkeeper and would get into most teams in the Premier League.

"He can play out from the back just like Ederson, and he looks comfortable in possession. He is a fantastic goalkeeper."

We asked how you are feeling going into the final game of the 2023-24 season, whether Erik ten Hag should be shown the door and what Manchester United's plans should be for this summer.

Here are some of your thoughts:

Moeed: This season has been more humbling than anything. Coming into it, we all thought we would perform better than last season, which was obviously not the case. Apart from the injuries, there should be no other excuses for the shambolic season we have had. I think we need a summer revamp of the squad.

James: Rubbish season, terrible management and coaching. Erik ten Hag shoud have been sacked after the Champions League fiasco. We need a total clearout of the players. I think the last nail in coffin will be if we lose the FA Cup final.

Edward: Ten Hag has brought trouble on himself by his strange team selections. The repeated picking of Antony when Diallo was there is mystifying. He has taken people off and replaced them with no-hopers. His record of buying dud players is further proof of his sad judgement. There are better managers out there and he should be sacked.

Jamie: I would be ashamed of the club if we sacked Ten Hag. We have been on the manager merry-go-round for too long now and we need some stability. Everyone is overlooking the awful injury list we have had this year. If we get the right players in this summer, we will see an improved side - if everyone can stay fit.

Dunk: We need to see what happens next season in order to fully understand what happened during this campaign. It seems likely that the summer transfer window will shed a bit of light on things too. The team was purring along quite nicely at one point, but a perfect storm of injuries and uncertainty really put a stop to our chances in the league.

We asked how you are feeling going into the final game of the 2023-24 season, whether or not there is a chance Manchester City will miss out on a fourth consecutive league title, and what is next for manager Pep Guardiola.

Here are some of your thoughts:

Warren: There is always a chance that we won't make it - you only have to think back to the swing of emotions endured in both 2012 and 2022 to understand what can happen. I'm nervously optimistic, but I'm taking nothing for granted.

Chris: We have seen everything happen in football, so there is a one in 10 chance that City might give Arsenal hope. An amazing achievement to win four titles in a row, however the charges are starting to weigh down on the achievements of an amazing team and coach. That’s not fair on them or the supporters. Seven more years please Pep, and then seven more!

Jonny: Since Pep came to the club, he has encouraged players and fans alike to trust in his style and believe in the system. He is a master tactician and he has reinvented this team with personnel, but the core belief among our players is infectious and has created the monster mentality that has brought us success. City are a primed winning machine that is hungry for more!

David: It's not been our best season. We dropped points we shouldn't have - Crystal Palace and Tottenham at home being two examples - so normally we would have won the league by more. But that being said, we have had long spells without De Bruyne and Haaland, but the other boys deserve great credit - Foden, Rodri, Ake and Silva especially.

Chris Sutton is making predictions for every Premier League game this season against a variety of guests.

For this weekend’s final games of the season, he takes on Gladiators star Legend.

Sutton's prediction: 5-0

My son James thinks West Ham are going to win at Etihad Stadium but he's wrong. The same goes for Legend's prediction, and I can see why he doesn't win many on Gladiators.

Four of City's seven Premier League triumphs have gone down to the final day, and they went at least one goal down in three of them.

This one will be different, because I don't just think City will win, I am expecting them to wrap it up early and seal a record fourth Premier League title in a row without any last-day drama.

Like most people, I am sick of them winning but you have to admire them because they are an absolute machine.

The way they put their foot down, even on Tuesday night when Tottenham pushed them, is so impressive. They are a brilliant all-round team who have players who can come off the bench and impact the game, and their manager is a genius.

This season I have been particularly impressed with the physicality which has got them through the campaign. Also, there we were thinking Erling Haaland has not been very good, but he is going to walk away with another Golden Boot.

Well played to them, again. I just feel a bit sorry for West Ham boss David Moyes because this is his final game in charge and it could not be any more difficult.

Legend's prediction: 0-0

I've been trying to scrape around for any reason to be optimistic here but even if West Ham are winning and it goes into stoppage time, you just know City will turn it around. To be honest, though, I am struggling to envisage a scenario where West Ham even score a goal, let alone beat them.

The only hope is that it stays goalless, we go ahead, and everyone there starts to get nervous. I would be amazed if it is any other outcome other than a City win, but I need West Ham to do something, and somehow hold on so we win the league on goal difference.

Chris Sutton is making predictions for every Premier League game this season against a variety of guests.

Sutton's prediction: 2-1

I've been talking for a while now about how the season has fizzled out for Brighton and Roberto de Zerbi, and their poor form continued against Chelsea on Wednesday.

The Seagulls can still secure a top-10 finish with a win here though, and things cannot be too bad if that counts as a disappointing campaign for them.

Fair play to Manchester United for getting over the line against Newcastle United on Wednesday, but they are still only in eighth place. If they finish there, it will be a pretty accurate reflection of their season.

Legend's prediction: 1-2

It is between Chelsea, Newcastle United and Manchester United for sixth and seventh place - and the final European slots.

I am so torn there because I actively dislike all three of those teams. With United that feeling is just inherent but, weirdly, out of those three teams I would rather they got into Europe.

They are going to concede goals but they do still look dangerous going forward, and Brighton are struggling.

Manchester City are too "relentless" to slip up in the title race on the final day, says former Premier League forward Clinton Morrison.

The holders returned to the top of the table by winning their game in hand at Tottenham on Tuesday.

They take a two-point lead over Arsenal into their final game at home against West Ham on Sunday and know three points will secure an unprecedented fourth consecutive English top-flight title.

Speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live's Friday Football Social, Morrison said: "There is always a chance [of an upset]. Do I think it will happen? No. I think Manchester City are relentless. This team knows how to win football matches and titles and they just do it.

"They don’t panic when they go a goal behind - they still play their football and build it up.

"There will be twists and turns because there always is on the last day, but City will win it. They will be too strong for West Ham."

Former Hammers midfielder Nigel Reo-Coker feels there is "no chance of West Ham doing anything".

He added: "What do West Ham have to play for? "What is at stake for Manchester City is history. The first team to win four consecutive top flight titles.

"Pep Guardiola is very aware of what it is. I have given him so many compliments because I admire what he does.

"To be in that dressing room, with all those players and big egos, and still keep them hungry to compete at the level they have this season is something to admire."
